Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
You'll step aboard a 35' Bertram offshore sport fishing vessel with room for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
A local fishing license is included for the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect. Don't forget to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, feel free. Alcohol is allowed but you should avoid glass bottles. Parking is free in the lot.

5 hour morning trip on July 4, 2026 • 3 adultsi took my 56 and 54 year old parents out and could not have asked for a better trip. we started the morning out on some smaller fish then later on the evning the guys on the boat asked if we was ready to catch some big ones. i said yes sir lets do it. once we got to the lovation of the red fish within 15 minutes we had quad triplled up and that right there made the whole trip worth while. thank you guys for making this trip awesone respectful and very successful!

Half Day Trip on June 29, 2026 • 3 adults • 1 childOur 10 yr old grandson was with us. He has fished lakes and ponds so this trip was for him. Owen, the crewmate, was good with him and made him comfortable. Owen included us all in conversions during the 4 hr trip. The captain explained to my husband and grandson about how they look for fish and things about the boat. Grandson caught some Spanish Mackerel and they both caught big Jacks. I wish the fish cooperated better but it was a great experience for us all!

Our other charter cancelled on us last minute and he was able to make accommodations quick for these turkeys. The boat was clean and as nice as one would expect for a fishing boat. we had 3 grown men and 1 child. They had a blast!

The waters were rough and they told us up front and we could cancel if necessary due to our little ones. But we pushed through and they put us I. Some Monster Reds. We had a great experience! The Captain was super nice & the deck hand was amazing! We caught several fish that we were able to keep as well as several huge fish that literally took all of us taking turns to reel in. The only downfall of the trip was that red snappers were not biting while we were out! Otherwise, everything went smoothly & we thoroughly enjoyed our trip! I would definitely recommend and consider using Prime Tyme Charters in the future.

5 of us got 24 makaral into the boat. We lost about half of that. Caught 4 Jack Craval and one I don't remember, but as soon as they saw it they said "you don't want that one"

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
