Cajun Queen Adventures - Trophy Red Fishing
Cajun Queen Adventures is your ticket to the stunning waters of Grand Isle. Captain Nate will be your guide, which allows you to benefit from years of fishing & guiding experience.
These waters are known for Redfish, Red Snapper, Pompano, Spotted Seatrout, Mangrove Snapper, Black Drum, Spanish Mackerel, Blacktip Shark, Bull Shark, Jack Crevalle, and more – with any luck, you’ll have tight lines in no time. Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Cajun Queen Adventures is a kid-friendly charter service, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board.
Your adventure begins aboard a 26’ Epic bay boat that can carry up to 4 passengers (Can fit up to 6 depending on small children and family configuration). It comes with a load of fun and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer.
You will need to purchase a 3-day Saltwater Charter Passenger License (Non-resident if you are) and a landing permit. This will be roughly $20.
It’s recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), bug spray, and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks for you on board.
If you decide to book a 3 day trip with us you will stay aboard our one of a kind renovated tugboat with one of the most unique experiences in the area!
You could keep reading this, but wouldn’t you rather be fishing with Cajun Queen Adventures?
