These waters are known for Amberjack, Great Barracuda, Bonito, Cobia, Redfish, Flounder, Speckled Trout, Spanish Mackerel, Blacktip Shark, Bull Shark, Little Tunny, King Mackerel, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. During the trip, you might be spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Jeffrey also offers fly fishing.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
You'll be dropping lines from a 21' SeaCraft center console with space for 5 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Have in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain. Don't forget to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
