What A Journey Sportfishing is your ticket to the stunning waters of Cabo San Lucas.
Species like Black Marlin, Striped Marlin, Blue Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna, Sierra Mackerel, Skipjack Tuna, Wahoo, Roosterfish, Bonito, Gray Triggerfish, Swordfish, and more are in the cards, depending on the time of year. For these species, you're likely to troll using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Javier can also have you kite fishing.
You'll be casting lines from a 32' Luhrs sportfishing vessel fishing with room for 6 passengers. It comes with downriggers, a fighting chair, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Javier will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. .
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
Before coming aboard, it will be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
