Outcast Sport Fishing is here to help you experience the stunning waters of Sterling. Captain George will be your guide, so you’ll benefit from years of angling experience.

Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Salmon, Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, and who knows what else!

For these species, you’re likely to troll.

Outcast Sport Fishing is a kid-friendly charter service, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!

You’ll be casting lines from a 31’ Motor yacht with capacity for 4 passengers. It has downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience.

Capt. George will supply rods and reels for you.

You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.

Before coming aboard, you’ll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
