His 19' Florida Fisher Flats boat allows you to explore untouchable areas of shallow water to catch a variety of species in Pasco County. This charter departs from a small marina just north of Tampa Bay, in a city called New Port Richey. Renowned for its stunning coastline, abundant marine life, and fantastic inshore fishing opportunities, Pasco County is a true angler’s paradise.
Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, Capt. JC will have some for you.
This charter covers your fishing licenses, just show up ready for a good time!
There are plenty of species to keep, like Sheepshead, Trout, Snapper, Flounder, Black Drum, and more! However, Redfish and Snook will not be kept.

4 Hour Scalloping Trip (PM)
Unforgettable experience
This was the third time I brought my kids to go on JC’s fishing charter. My kids often ask when we can go on JC’s boat again and they were so excited when I told them we could get in the water this time. This time we joined him for scalloping and it was a blast. JC is very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the waterways and safety. We had a blast and definitely will be scheduling another charter. Most likely fishing for the next one. Amazing Trip!! Highly Recommend!!
After our deep sea trip was canceled last minute with another charter, we booked an inshore fishing trip with JC Fishin Charters—and we’re so glad we did! Jason was fantastic from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, from pick-up to drop-off. We were a group of four, ages 14 to 85, and two of us had never fished before. I caught my first fish within a minute of casting, and the 14-year-old had four in no time! Jason clearly knew where to find the fish and didn’t waste time in slow spots, which kept things fun and exciting for everyone. Even my 85-year-old dad, a lifelong fisherman, was impressed with Jason’s knowledge and really appreciated the more intimate experience of a smaller group. The boat was clean and comfortable, and Jason made the whole trip feel like we were out fishing with a friend—he even remembered all our names after the initial introductions. The 14-year-old, who was unsure about coming, had an absolute blast. Jason handled all the baiting, casting, and netting, so it was easy for beginners to jump in and enjoy. We chose catch and release, but Jason will clean and filet your catch if you prefer to keep it. Highly recommend JC Fishin Charters—can’t wait to go again!

Fabulous Scallopping Trip!
We had never been scallopping and the crew was very patient and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything. The boat and the equipment was all very clean and well maintained. We found lots of scallops and they taught us to clean them as well. The captain was very accessible by text message and answered all our questions before the trip. It was just a perfect trip

Our group of four recently went out on a fishing charter with JC Fishing Charters. Having been on a few other charters in the past, we can confidently say that JC Fishing Charters, and specifically Jason, exceeded all expectations.
