Belize Reef Charters – 21' Custom
Book your next trip with Belize Reef Charters and find out what makes the fishing in Placencia so unique. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Brad can tell you all about them.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Cubera Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Snowy Grouper, Jack Crevalle, Skipjack Tuna, Yellowtail Amberjack, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Spanish Mackerel, Cero Mackerel, and plenty more. For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there’s spearfishing.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board.
Your boat for the day is a 21’ custom center console that holds up to 5 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates often work for tips and it’s customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
Don’t forget to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food, beers, sodas, drinking water, and some light snacks for you on board.
Your trip with Belize Reef Charters is just a click away, so why not make it happen?
