Capt. Alex is here to get you on some fish, and to make sure you have fun doing it. You'll be using techniques like fly fishing and drift fishing, depending on what you're going after. As part of their 8-hour trips, you can target species like Cutthroat Trout, Salmon, Brown Trout, and Rainbow Trout, depending on the current season and weather conditions.
Your boat for the day will be a 14' NRS that fits up to 2 anglers at any one time. The boat will be supplied with drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Don't forget to buy a fishing license before the trip!

Alex was an awesome guide. My buddy and I were both complete beginners to fly fishing, and we ended up landing a combined 30 trout by the end of the day. What made this trip especially memorable was the cowichan river itself, floating down it felt like an awesome whitewater experience with fishing thrown in. I'd recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
Alex is a great guide and he was very helpful with a detailed knowledge of the river. I would highly recommend Alex if you're looking for a Guide.
