Reel Texas Fishing Tours is ready to take you on a great fishing experience. With Captain Randy at the helm, you're in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
We will be targeting largemouth bass. There are times when the white bass fishing is really good and we may take advantage from time to time.
Your boat for the day is a 21' Skeeter bass boat that holds up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials. Kistler custom rods and RPM custom rods. Diawa and Shimano reels. Bait cast and spinning reel set ups. All top notch equipment.
Before coming aboard, you will be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Don't leave home without sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Bottled water is included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Reel Texas Fishing Tours will make it easy for you to go fishing. Lakes you can choose from to fish are Lake Travis, Lake Austin, Lake LBJ and Lake Buchanan. I can meet you at any of these lakes and take you out for a great time on the water. I have tons of knowledge on them all.

Half Day Trip
Great Experience
Had a great time on the boat with Captain Randy. He brought us to great spots on Lake Austin during our time with him. He also provided great conversation and was giving very easy to understand intructions on where to cast and how to retrieve the variety of lures he provided. Would recommend a fishing trip with Randy to anybody that is interested in a great day of fishing, laughing and having a great time. We look forward to using his aervices again in the future!

Amazing trip for family
My daughter and I were really lucky to have Randy as our captain for this productive fishing trip in lake Buchanan. His boat was super cool and we moved around for the best spots and ended up with a lot of white and hybrid. My daughter was so excited to get her first fish ever. Randy was very friendly and patient and willing to explain us everything about his boat and himself. He shared us his snacks just in time when we felt empty in stomach. I also did not expect Randy would help us clean and fillet the fish and we happily took them home. We closed our trip with beautiful sunset on the lake bank. I would strongly recommend this trip with captain Randy especially if fishing with young kids.

Great Lake Austin trip
My 13 year old son and I had a great time. He's starting to become a good bass fisherman in his own right and getting tips from an accomplished fisherman and guide like Randy was "gold". Lake Austin, a segment of the Cororado River, is incredibly clear and you can see how the river has cut through the sandstone over millions of years. We had a blast!

Awesome Catch!!!
We highly recommend this Captain, he is kind, funny, and welcoming. We were in town for a LGBTQ Conference. I was concerned we may be treated unkindly, this was not the case. He was very respectful of names and us individually. He took us to a great spot in a Saturday. We caught some beautiful bass!!! We will book again with this Captain!!!

We highly recommend this Captain, he is kind, funny, and welcoming. We were in town for a LGBTQ Conference. I was concerned we may be treated unkindly, this was not the case.
