Spend the day with Quepoa Spearfishing & Snorkeling and let them show you what makes spearfishing and fishing in Quepos so memorable!
Pacific Barracuda, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Almaco Jack, Lobster, Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Cubera Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Yellowfin Tuna, Striped Marlin, Roosterfish, Sailfish, and more are in the cards if you cast your line or spearfish at the right time of year.
Families who love fishing, snorkeling, and spearfishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Snacks are also a good idea – luckily, we will have some on board!
You’ll be casting lines from a 25’ Center console with room for 8 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials.
Rods, reels, and tackles are ready for you. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, it may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food, drinks and some light snacks included on board.
Go ahead and treat yourself to a day on the water with Quepoa Spearfishing & Snorkeling.
