Specializing in light tackle fishing for Redfish, Snook, Tarpon, Black Drum, Trout, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, and tons more species that the Indian River and Intercoastal Waterways have to offer, Capt T.J. Wisniewski has over 20 years of experience fishing the Volusia County area.
Growing up on the intercoastal in Edgewater, Florida and being able to fish from my dock at such a young age instilled a strong passion for my love of fishing. I enjoy targeting the bigger(trophy) fish the river has to offer but also love changing things up from time to time. Fish for whats biting if you have to!
We offer a variety of trip options from morning, evening, and nighttime charters from 3 hours up to 6 hours. Whether you want to throw live bait or strictly artificial, Birds & Boards Fishing will make it happen for you. Beginners or seasoned fisherman, lets go catch some big fish. From the Inlet to the backwaters, it is always a fun time fishing with Capt. T.J.
We can accommodate up to 3 people for fishing on a 18' Carolina Skiff JLS. This is a very fishy boat that can do it all from heading out of the inlet to fish the beaches on a nice day as well as getting you back into the mangroves. On board we have a high quality fish finder as well as a minn kota trolling motor with spot lock.
What to bring- I will supply all the fishing licenses and will have a cooler for any keeper fish and a cooler with ice/water. You may bring any food/drink you want other than glass bottles.

Captain TJ definitely knew his stuff. It seemed like we were the only ones on the water catching anything. He was very knowledgeable about the tide and when the fish were going to bite. We caught some awesome fish thanks to him. It was a great memory that my father and I will always have. I would highly recommend booking with Captain TJ.
Had an amazing time with Tj! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everyone on board felt comfortable and had a great time. You can tell he really knows the waters and where to find the fish! Would highly recommend this trip to everyone wanting to get out and catch fish!

He put us on every fish we wanted. It was truly a trip for the top 5 list. Will definitely be using him again, and 1000/10 recommend him for your next Florida fishing trip!
Alittle slow start in the morning, however Captain TJ did his best on putting us on keeper fish. Ended the day with two red drums.. Awesome experience!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
