Let's Go Sportfishing Aruba
Let’s Go Sportfishing Aruba has a trip with your name on it, along the stunning waters of Oranjestad. With Captain Jairo at the helm, you’ll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Depending on conditions, you might hook into Great Barracuda, Mahi Mahi, Kingfish, Swordfish, Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Skipjack Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Sailfish, Blue Marlin, White Marlin, and whatever else takes the bait. On these trips, it’s common to troll.
Capt. Jairo welcomes you aboard a 38’ Bertram sportfishing vessel with space for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 20% tip is customary.
It’s recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), longsleeves and sunglasses. Drinks (coke, sprite, dieet coke and water) will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now’s the time to experience fishing in Oranjestad for yourself, with Let’s Go Sportfishing Aruba!
