We had several hook ups-near misses with sail fish and small tuna but finally landed a good one. We were hopefull just to get some Mahi Mahi, but were rewarded with much more excitement. Awesome first ocean fishing experience.

Half Day Nearshore Trip PM on January 3, 2025Great boat ride out to the fishing grounds. Within 20 minutes of having the poles in the water we were getting hits and reeling in fish! Great time with the Captain and crew. Very knowledgeable and friendly and they had fun along side us as well. We ended catching 3 mackerel, 4 barracuda, 1 big eyed Jack and 1 Blue runner. Everyone in our group got to catch fish and have a good time. I will definitely be going out again with Capt Andy & Carlos next time I am there!

Half Day Offshore Fishing PM on December 30, 2024If you are looking for an action packed offshore trip in Puerto Rico this is it. We originally had a San Juan based trip cancel on us due to wind and swells and found Deep Blue in a pinch. Captain Andy and deckhand Carlos kept us on fish the whole time. These guys have a lifetime of experience but are young enough to be just as excited to catch fish as we were. I’ve done a bunch of charters and these guys were tops on maximizing every minute to shift gears and land fish (literally hooked up with 5 mins before we had to head for sunset). We ran the south side of the island which is the way to go when the seas are crazy high in the winter. Carlos kept the kiddos so engaged I couldn’t tell if he or they were having more fun. Bonus the boat is a bad ass fit for purpose fishing machine.

Half Day Nearshore Trip PM on September 6, 2025 • 4 adultsWe planned this charter last minute (the day before) and the captain was super accommodating. He had the boat ready early and communicated that if we wanted to go out earlier that wasn’t an issue which ac to ally worked out for us as we initially scheduled a 2pm charter. The captain was knowledgeable and fun to fish with. We got on tons of fish and even snagged a king midday. Overall, I highly recommend this charter.

We couldn't have had a better trip. Captain Andres put us on fish all day. We had five anglers on board and everyone caught multiple fish My 8 year old son caught 2 Dorado. My 15 year old daughter caught Dorado and a 25lb Yellow Fin Tuna. The rest of us caught Dorado , Yellowfin Tuna and a couple of Baracuda. We will be back, thanks guys.
