Excited to cast a line in Playa Del Carmen? Look no further than Caribeño Boat! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Joshua Fabian can tell you all about the local fishery.
These waters hold game fish like Yellowtail Amberjack, Blackfin Tuna, Tarpon, Cubera Snapper, Sailfish, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Blue Marlin, Jack Crevalle, White Marlin, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Red Snapper, Goliath Grouper, Bluefin Tuna, Great Barracuda, and more, depending on when you go. For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish.
You'll be fishing aboard a 25' Imemsa sportfishing boat that holds up to 4 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Joshua Fabian will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.

Boat had everything that was needed for a good fishing day, many tropical fish were caught. Joshua was super knowledgeable about how to teach first time fishers and it was easy to catch fish with the many spots he knew about. Then we went on to catch a big one with the fish we caught already and brought a shark all the way to the surface just for it to break the line at the last second. Highly would recommend, great money for price. The lunch afterwards from the catch was great.

We enjoyed our trip and caught fish. They cleaned our catch and we will eat barracuda for the first time lol! Recommended.

Fantastic team with good catch! We enjoyed very much day trip with Caesar and his collegue (sorry for the name), It was wonderful boat trip with great fishing! Spécially they did very very déliciuos ceviche of Mahé-Mahé and showed us protected beach Area where we met lot of fishes and turtles while snorekling! We would definitely recommande this dream , very professional team !! You will enjoy no doubt with them! Thank you for everything !

With 10 years of learning thanks to the teachers who teach us a nice learning in fishing we come from family fishermen. My favorite place is the sea where you can have a good time and enjoy the landscape and nature and learn more why in the school of fishing you never know here to learn there are always new things to learn
