We chase Hybrid, Striper, and Sand Bass starting in April, and big trophy Blues starting in September.

Lake Tawakoni sits 50 miles east of Dallas. My priority is simple: putting fish in your cooler. If the bite is good, we stay out — no half‑day cutoff and no extra fees. Most days we fish the morning, grab a burger at Duck Cove Marina, then head back out.

Kids are always welcome. Watching them catch fish is a joy. I provide life jackets for them.

You’ll be fishing from my Sun Tracker pontoon, comfortably seating five adults, powered by a 36v Ultrex Quest Trolling Motor with next‑gen contour following. I provide all the gear — just bring your snacks and drinks.

Please purchase a fishing license before the trip (a one‑day pass from TPWD works great) and snap a picture of it on your phone.

Don’t forget sunglasses, a hat, sunblock, and plenty of water.
