There’s a fish with your name on it in Ramsgate and Better Days Charter will help you catch it! With Captain Daniel at the helm, you’ll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
Bass, Smooth-Hounds, Rays, Atlantic Mackerel, Conger Eel, Cod, Whiting, and more can be found in these waters if you come at the right time of year. You’ll target your catch by spinning, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Your excursion begins aboard a 33’ Suffolk 35 fishing boat that holds up to 10 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are included. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
It’s always wise to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Never let me down, especially i was unexperienced swim-water lure angler till last year. Now, because of his knowledge and help, ive never blank with him. Dan allways is so friendly for all of my colleagues when we are on board. Price is just top for what you can archive with him. Dont bother to go somewhere else if you want to make a catch of your life. No matter that you’re experienced or not. And all of this silly comments here and there, someone must be a f… kn…b to say anything like that. Trully recomended💪🏻🫡🔥🎣❤️

8 Hour Trip – Chartered Fishing on April 27, 2024Weather started off rather horrible then turned hot by the end of the day . Me and my friend had a mixed bag of fish from conger to bass . Daniel the skipper of better days charters put us on the fish , showed excellent knowledge of fishing and skippering in a professional but fun manner. Would highly recommend better days charters. He bought out hot drinks and a toilet was provided if needed. Great boat and skipper . Will be booking many trips in the future.

I had a fantastic fishing trip yesterday and couldn’t recommend this team enough. From the moment I booked, Captain Dan maintained excellent communication, making everything clear and easy right up to the day of the trip. The whole experience was professional and well-organised, which made for a really relaxed and enjoyable day out on the water. To top it all off, we actually caught fish too — always a bonus! A great team, a great captain, and an all-round brilliant experience. I’ll definitely be booking again.
5 of us had a day out together. Dan the skipper was very knowledgeable, very friendly and helped us with his knowledge on baits, rigs and techniques. Can’t fault him or the trip. Caught plenty of bass and smooth hound. Dan caught all of the fish on Lottos line though and now lotto won't stop claiming he’s the best angler in Europe
Another great fishing trip at sea! The captain is an experienced and straightforward professional – he knows the best fishing spots, ensures safety, and creates a great atmosphere throughout the whole trip. Everything is well organized, and the captain is always helpful and happy to share his knowledge. I highly recommend it for both beginners and experienced anglers. We will definitely be coming back again!

Great trip for us three novices, Daniel went the extra mile (literally, to give us the best chance of a catch in difficult conditions, windy and low visibility in the water. Despite this, he took us to several different spots, giving us a chance for Bass, Smooth Hounds and Mackerel. Even got a Gurnard into the bargain. Many thanks Daniel!
