Hawg Hunterz Guide Service has a fishing trip with your name on it along the stunning waters of Breezy Point, Mille Lacs Lake, Brainerd Lakes Area Crosby/Ironton/Cuyuna, Crosslake or Nisswa Area. With your guide Dustin at the helm, you’ll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Walleye, Northern Pike, Crappie, Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Yellow Perch, Sunfish and who knows what else! Or pick a species to target as Dustin can tailor your experience to a specific species (walleyes are popular)!
You can expect to do some light/medium tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Dustin is happy to have kids aboard, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks and beverages to stay fueled throughout your trip!
Dustin runs a comfortable and high tech, 21ft Lund boat with space for up to 1-5 passengers. It has and everything else you need for a productive day on the water.
Custom, high end rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is available.
Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask Dustin. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
A few items to bring include a hat, sunglasses, bottled water/beverages, and sunblock (non-spray).

Full Day Trip - Ice Fishing
Ice Fishing 101
This trip was amazing. Dustin definately knows ice fishing. I have been going ice fishing on my own for a few years and learning from videos and articles and haven't had a lot of luck. Getting to fish along side someone who knows all the tricks is going to be a game changer for me. Dustin was side scanning our area all day and probably drilled 30 holes to get us on productive spots. I went home with a bag of blue gills and slabs and we also caught a couple northern pike. Dustin is a super guy to try ice fishing with.

Half Day AM Trip - Open Water
Great guide
We set off in the morning to catch some fish and right away we knew it was going to be difficult with high pressure and a southeast wind. That didn't stop Dustin from giving it all he had to find us fish. He led us to the walleyes but they were a hard catch that morning. We got some with work put into it and he never gave up the fight. You can never guarantee the weather but I'll guarantee Dustin won't let you down
