Lanier Premier Charters is a kid-friendly charter service, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. And, you can't go wrong with snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!
You'll be fishing aboard a 27' Robalo center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures and live bait.
Before coming aboard, it will be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's recommended to bring sunscreen (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation.

It was a good experience for our family of 6 first time on a fishing charter. The boat was in great condition and neatly clean. Fish were not biting even though Captain Shawn tried a few spots. We did catch one and my son took the honor of the picture. The weather was not great either, windy and overcast. Captain Shawn made it very enjoyable for me with great conversation. My family enjoyed the ride. I would certainly book again with Captain Shawn.
First time on this lake. Started a bit cautious as Shawn said a cold front had just come through and it might be tough. Put us on fish in the first 15 minutes and caught plenty throughout the half day trip. First time fishing stripers and we all got our fill. Great captain, great communication, great boat, everything was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend. If we're ever back in the area would jump at the chance to do it again.

Great trip on Lake Lanier. The boat was spotless, the gear was excellent, and Capt Shawn was outstanding. He worked hard to get us on fish despite a challenging cold front, and we ended up catching multiple nice stripers and spotted bass. Overall an awesome fishing trip.

Weather and water conditions (ten million bass boats flying through the lake) weren’t ideal but overall we caught 2 striper and a bass with a bunch of good bites. Captain Shawn was an amazing Captain!! Would definitely charter with him again!!!

Captain Shawn was prepared, knowledgeable, on time, and easy to talk to. On a day where no one was catching fish he still managed to get us on some and make the whole experience pleasurable. Great time overall and would highly recommend him!
