You'll be fishing aboard a 27' Robalo center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures and live bait.
Before coming aboard, it will be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

shawn was a great captain. the full moon and warm water temps might have made for a slow fishinf day but Shawn def made the trip worth while. he shared details anout the history of Lake Lanier amd the local area, to I clude winery and restaurant recommendations, with some funny stories about his time on the water mixed in. the boat was very comfortable and we could have easily spent an entire day out there on the water. highly recommend!!
It was a good experience for our family of 6 first time on a fishing charter. The boat was in great condition and neatly clean. Fish were not biting even though Captain Shawn tried a few spots. We did catch one and my son took the honor of the picture. The weather was not great either, windy and overcast. Captain Shawn made it very enjoyable for me with great conversation. My family enjoyed the ride. I would certainly book again with Captain Shawn.
First time on this lake. Started a bit cautious as Shawn said a cold front had just come through and it might be tough. Put us on fish in the first 15 minutes and caught plenty throughout the half day trip. First time fishing stripers and we all got our fill. Great captain, great communication, great boat, everything was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend. If we're ever back in the area would jump at the chance to do it again.
