These waters are known for Mahi Mahi, Billfish, Striped Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. Captain Gary supplies the boat with the best rods and reels Penn International has to offer. Top of the line for trolling or bottom fishing!
If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. You're welcome to bring snacks – lucky for you, there will already be some on board!
You'll be dropping lines from a 33' Pursuit Cabin Cruiser with space for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, and all the essentials. There's a walk in bathroom downstairs for your convenience.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray)! The charter provides fresh fruits, chips/ salsa/guacamole , sandwiches, bottled water, assorted soda and Costa Rica beer!

One of the Greatest fishing trips of my life. Owner Gary was in constant contact from start to finish. He is extremely professional a pleasure to do business with. He Sent us out with Captain Erickson, a man who was very knowledgeable about fishing, the ocean as well as the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. I'm not gonna lie, we went out in rough conditions, 5 to 7 ft swells, winds blowing from the north and South, thought we had no chance of catching fish. Captain Ericsons commit and Dedication did let it happen. Under his leadership we raised two sailfish and land 3 massive Papagayos Aka Dorado. the service and attention to detail by the first mate was also superior. He maintained a clean deck. prepared fresh sashimi an attended to our needs. Over all 'BEST TRIP EVER

Gary stayed in touch from the beginning of planning the trip which alleviated any concerns about the trip. Everything was as promised. Boat, equipment, food, and length of trip were right on. Everyone in our group caught a fish. Will definitely book him if/when we return to Costa Rica.
Just my son and me. I'll remember this trip for a long time. He had the time of his life fighting a Marlin. Thanks to Gary and his crew.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
