If you plan on fishing in Whitehall, look no further than ReelMaster Charters. With Captain Brady at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Coho Salmon, Chinook Salmon, Yellow Perch, White Perch, Walleye, Northern Pike, and who knows what else! On these trips, you can expect to troll using light tackle.
You'll step aboard a 19' Lund Fisherman aluminum fishing boat, the roomiest 19' boat on the market, with space for 4 passengers. It has downriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 20% tip.
Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Best Family Fishing Trip
My wife, son (10), daughter (8) and I did a 6-hour afternoon trip with Captain Brady and it was fantastic! He greatly exceeded our expectations in the variety and amount of fish we caught. Captain Brady is from the area, he knows the waters, LOVES fishing, and he wants to share his passion and give the fishing experience of a lifetime to others. He was ready to go before we arrived, keeps a very clean and well equipped boat, and is determined to find and catch fish. Captain Brady is very personable, easy to talk to, and he teaches and educates the interested angler all throughout the trip. We left with all of our fish neatly cleaned, bagged, and labeled, it was great. I would definitely recommend him and we will be back for another trip for sure!

I nave wanted to take my son and grandson on a chartered fishing trip for a long time and this turned out to be a great one. Brady was at the dock waiting for us, right on time, and everything was to go. After we got to the area we were going to fish, he started getting lines in the water and before he was finished with the 4th or 5th line we had a fish on, a nice salmon - 15-16 pounds. The only disappointing thing was that none of the other 6 fish we brought in were as large as the first, of course, I'm kidding. It was a great experience. Really nothing bad to say about it at all.

Capt Brady is a very friendly and very professional charter captain. He got us onto fish right out of the gate - had a double going before we even had all lines in the water. My 2 sons and I caught 10 fish (3 kings, 1 coho, 2 lakers and 4 steelhead) and we lost 4. I will absolutely book my next charter with Capt Brady!

Evening 2 hr fishing trip
We booked an evening trip. The day of noticed a storm was coming in the time that evening so messaged Brody and was able to get on White Lake 2 hrs sooner. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and willing to answer my 10 yr old son's 50 + questions. We got to try a few different fishing styles. We didn't catch as much fish as we hoped for so he made up for it by allowing my son to assist driving the boat back. We had a good time and would book with him again!

i'm an artist who was looking to capture underwater sounds and worked with captain brady on lake michigan and white lake over the course of three days. not only was brady hugely skilled and patient (especially with a bonafide land-dweller like me!), but he also got involved creatively and thoughtfully in the project to help me get exactly what i was looking for in terms of depth and scope. i totally appreciated how game he was to go all in on an unorthodox trip, especially in the very last days of the season. super friendly, too. all on beautiful, well equipped 19' lund. will definitely work with reelmasters next time i need to get out on the water, and can't recommend booking with them highly enough.
