Kingpin was added to our fleet for the 2024 fishing/tour season. Kingpin is a 30 ft. Grady-White center console and offers a very stable hull design geared toward comfortable fishing and touring.
There is plenty of seating for everyone and a full-size clean bathroom onboard.
Fishing aboard a luxury center console like Kingpin offers a very unique fishing experience as compared to the typical Great Lakes charter boat.
Kingpin is the fastest boat in our fleet and offers us the ability to quickly go to where the fish are located and allows more overall range as well as more time spent actually fishing.
Whether you choose an offshore Salmon fishing charter or an inshore harbor fishing tour Kingpin will not disappoint your crew. Seasoned fishermen will appreciate the more hardcore feel of a center console where you will be close to the action and out in the elements.
Be prepared to dress for the conditions there are no areas to fully get out of the sun or rain.

Overall I had a really fun time and enjoyed the experience out on the water. The crew was friendly, the ride was relaxing, and it was a good atmosphere for first-timers. My only disappointment was not catching any fish, especially after spending around $300. I understand fishing can be unpredictable, but I was hoping for a little more action or guidance to help improve the chances of catching something. Still, I appreciate the experience and memories from the trip.

This fishing charter was a great experience! I had no previous fishing experience and the Captain made everything easy and fun. The thrill of catching a salmon is incredible. Since we were from out of town, we went more for the experience than the fish itself but the Captain gave us the great idea to bring our fish over to the Paisley Grille where they would cook it for us. Excellent recommendation! The restaurant was wonderful and it was truly an awesome experience to eat the fish we literally caught that day, tasting so delicious. All together, the day was so much fun. Very glad we did this and this fishing charter and Captain Jordan helped make it such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!!

I looked at several charters all over Michigan trying to find one that worked for us, and ended up going with this FishGH 3 hour offshore trip at 5:30pm. It was a surprise for our Boys, Westen (8) and Kensten (6), who love to fish back home in Southern Indiana. I’m glad we only did a 3 hour trip, because our 6 year old was feeling pretty sea sick, but he was a trooper. Fishing started off a little slow, but about an hour into it, we started catching stuff. We ended up with 4 Chinook/King Salmon and 1 Coho Salmon. Westen’s biggest was 18 lbs which was tied for the biggest fish our captain (Jordan) has had anyone catch this year so far. It was also the biggest king salmon our first mate/deck hand (Rex) had ever seen! That fish sure put up a good fight, it kept taking more line out (it was over 400 feet out!) so it took him quite awhile to get it reeled in! Kensten’s biggest was a 15 pounder. They filleted them for us right away and we brought home 24.5 pounds of meat! It was a great experience for us!

Early in the year to do well on salmon, but we landed around a dozen freshwater drum over two hours, and it was a great day to get out on the water. Would do it again, crew was very helpful in landing and handling the fish.
We had a blast on the two hour trip catching drum with two kids and two adults - we caught 17 fish! Crew was very pleasant and every one had a blast. Highly recommend.
