There's a fish with your name on it in Rye and Hooked On Fish Charters will help you catch it! With Captain Kyle at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.

Species like Bluefin Tuna, Haddock, Striped Bass, and more could be biting if you cast your line at the right time of year. During the trip, you will be spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Kyle can also show you kite fishing.

Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Don't forget to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!

Capt. Kyle will bring you aboard the Ashley Victoria, a 36' H&H Osmond Beal Downeast that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 20% tip is customary.

There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.

It's always wise to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. There will be some light snacks provided on board. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. Any illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard and in federal waters. Please check the local regulations for further advice.
