This is for a spring Brown trout lake charter with Capt. Mark Ledden going out of the port of the salmon river in Pulaski NY. This is typically a near shore troll fishery with lots of action. We are trolling a large spread of lead core and flat line sooons and sticks baits. We will run up to 14 rods cover a huge swath of water. When we find the fish we normally see multiple hook ups and once in a while clearing the entire spread! Browns are excellent table fare and are the best caught out of the cold waters of Lake Ontario in the early spring.
