These waters are home to Black Drum, Cobia, Flounder, Scamp Grouper, Redfish, Mangrove Snapper, Red Snapper, Speckled Trout, Spotted Seatrout, and more if conditions allow. You’ll target your catch by spinning, popping, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Just Reel is a child-friendly charter service, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also, remember to bring snacks!

Your fishing machine for the day is a 25’ Blazer Bay boat that holds up to 6 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

You can’t go wrong when you bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
