If you’re ready to experience fishing in Sturgeon Bay, book a trip with Diehard Angling.
These waters are known for Smallmouth Bass, Salmon, Yellow Perch, Walleye, Brown Trout, Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Muskellunge (Musky), Northern Pike, and more – with any luck, it won’t take long to hook into some. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Trips with Diehard Angling are fun for all ages, so get ‘em offline and onto the water! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!
Your day begins aboard a 19’ Triton that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. There’s a bucket on board for your bathroom convenience. Capt. Alec will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Diehard Angling will make it easy for you to go fishing in Sturgeon Bay. So, how about booking that trip?
