Captain Shawn Grisham operates his 2003 Alumaweld Super Vee. His dad taught him to fish at a young age and the captain has been hooked on fishing ever since. Through his years of fishing, he has never stopped learning new techniques, adapting to new gear, finding hot fishing spots, and more. Captain Shawn's lifelong love for the outdoors is where his dream of becoming a fishing guide began. The look on a little kid's face or a first-timer getting their first Salmon or Sturgeon is priceless – that's his passion and motivation, to give each person the opportunity to fall in love with fishing. The captain leads guided fishing excursions on the Willamette River, Columbia River, Tillamook Bay, and ocean excursions out of Tillamook Bay dependent on weather and fishing conditions. The current options for guided fishing trips include Salmon, Sturgeon, and Steelhead (when open) trips. Ocean Salmon trips can include the additional feature of dropping buckets for Crab (Salmon and Crab Combo Deal).
