On the day of your trip you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light tackle.

Families making of a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Feel free to bring your own snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!

Your boat for the day is a 22’ Aluminum fishing that holds up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials.

Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don’t forget to bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
