Speckled Trout, Redfish, Cobia, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Sheepshead, Blacktip Shark, Tripletail, and more are in the cards if you cast your line at the right time of year. On the day of your trip you're likely to drift using light or heavy tackle.
If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are never a bad idea to stay fueled throughout your trip!
You'll be welcome aboard a 24' Carolina Skiff that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Drew will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks for you on board.

My wife and I had never been scalloping and did not know what to expect. Capt Drew was very knowledgeable and easy going. He had us on spots early and we limited out by the end of the trip. We felt very fortunate finding Capt Drew as we heard over his radio a few other captains were having a hard time finding scallops. We had a blast and would highly recommend Capt Drew.
The charter operator canceled on trip date. This is an automated posting.
Capt drew and his mate were really great. They put us right on the scallops and we limited out. They were patient in explaining what to look for and how to use the equipment. Will definitely book with them again.
