The flats can hold a variety of species. Most are here year round, while others come by in different months.
The main dish of species we target are Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit, Trunkfish, with the exception of sightcasting for Barracudas, Snook, Redfish, and Jack Crevalles in the winter time months.
Sightcasting is the name of the game, and this type of fishing, with a fly rod or spinning rod in your hand, is whatever you are accustomed too.
You will be riding on a Dolphin Superskiff Lodge Edition 16’.
You are free to bring any snacks or drinks you may like i will always have water and ice in the cooler. You will not have to worry about gear, as we will have all the equipment on the boat.
Another reminder is you don’t need to worry about having a fishing license, as my Captain’s license will cover that for the fishing day.

Cameron is an awesome young man chasing his dream and invites you in along the way. He has the heart of a servant and teacher. Very encouraging and positive in helping you perfect techniques for the flats fly fisherman. Cameron put me on bones and juvenile tarpon which were my targeted species. A focused and committed guide working very hard to get his clients in the action. Knowledgeable and ready to shift tactics when conditions changed. I will be back and Cameron will be The Guide. Cannot recommend him highly enough! Thanks Cameron.

The gentleman fanatic
Capt Cam was tireless and full of knowledge, but patient. He set up more opportunities than I can count and I hooked onto a tarpon before the sun had fully rose. He cannot be described in any way but a "gentleman fanatic." He loves what he does without any pretense. He cares about the fish, the fishery, and angler's gamble with every push of the pole. He made me feel at home in his azure-flats backyard. I will be coming back, and I hope he's not too booked up to accommodate this particular midwesterner.

Great time!
I booked a trip with Captain Cam for my partner and me. Despite temperatures that were a bit colder than usual, Capt. Cam made sure to let us know beforehand to prepare for the weather. We had a blast going to different spots fishing for a plethora of fish from barracuda to sea trout to tarpon. We caught blue fish and sea trout at a couple of the locations. I would recommend Capt. Cam as he is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cares for his guests to have a great time!

First time in the keys didn’t disappoint
Cameron was the best guide I’ve gone out with ever , put me on fish , explained n clearly how to work your presentation and in a few minutes I was able to hook up , some of the biggest fish I’ve caught on light tackle . He also went above and beyond buy giving me some land spots to dtry when I was in the keys , rigged my personal rod set up with new line , and gave me one of his custom made lures to use on my own. 10/10 would recommend

Heart of a Teacher
Captain Cam was patient, helpful, and friendly as my friend and I went flats fishing for the first time. Seeing the fish was a learning curve, casting the fly rod was a challenge, but we all had fun and caught fish. All possible thanks to his preparedness, knowledge and demeanor.
