These waters are home to Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and more if conditions allow. On these trips, it's common to drift and bottom fish using light tackle.
Children are welcome, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. You're welcome to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
You'll be dropping lines from a 25' Haynie center console with capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.

We had a really fun and successful day fishing with Dustin. He is knowledgeable, polite and extremely personable. We've gone out with other guides and Dustin is truly top notch and one of the best ever. His boat and equipment are stellar. He got us out early and knew where the fish were. We caught our limits of Redfish and Black Drum super fast and easy and had to toss many back after that! He was willing to move anout a bit so we also caught some flounder, a speckled trout and a bonus crab! Dustin was so kind and helpful, offering suggestions on best places to eat, where to stay for future visits, best type of bait to buy, etc. We will definitely be back and won't go out with anyone other than Dustin. Highly recommend!

My family and i had an awesome time and caught several different species of targeted fish. it was overall an excellent experience and Captain Dustin is first class in this business. He will not stop until you have the fish you are after!! Do yourself a favor and try this charter out!
I took my oldest son and daughter on an afternoon trip and we had a great time! The water conditions were bad where we launched, but our guide knew exactly what to do. We found good water and caught fish. The boat and equipment was great, and we will definitely use Dustin again for our next trip. If your looking for a good guide for a trip on Big Lake, you won’t go wrong using Hooked and Limited Charters.

we had a great time with Capt. Dustin. He knew where the fish were and took such good care of us. He is patient and kind. The boat was probably the nicest charter we have taken. Smooth and comfortably fits 4 anglers.
Captain Dustin was the best! We went on the trip for my son’s 17th birthday and this trip hit all the goals!! Dustin was great with the boys and put us right on the fish. We limited out on redfish then went for a little ride and saw frolicking dolphins! Highly recommend using Dustin Guidry, and we will certainly be doing it again!
