This was our fifth fishing charter we have taken and it was by far the best! Captain Zac was so friendly and great with our kids! He took us to a fantastic spot and we caught lots of fish! (Walleye, Catfish and Drum) Seriously, 5 out of 6 of us caught 2+ fish with our oldest daughter catching 6! He filleted the fish for us and we ate it that night! I would recommend Zac for everyone!! Thank you Zac!
Slower day on the water and it was HOT!!! But captain Zac was there for us and adjusted how we fished. Started the day drifting fishing and casting, but the bite wasn’t as intense as he or us wanted, so we went trolling and we all had a blast! He wanted us to help with the system, not just let him do all the work and we reel it in like we’re a toddler with their dad.. we learned so much and felt like we were apart of the team.. we will return!

Thanks Mark glad you guys had a good time. You guys did great running the gear today.

We went out looking for walleye, and unfortunately the weather wasnt cooperating. He advised to either extend the trip or pick a different day, and that wasnt possible for us because we were only starting off a bachelor party here and other guests were scheduled to arrive at my home in the afternoon. So we went out anyways and took advantage of the islands sheltering the water a bit. it was not the ideal location and we were advised of that, but due to time and weather it was the only choice. So we tried, got a few fish and returned. We didnt limit out, but that was no fault of Captain Zach. He still made the trip great, and even cleaned the fish for us at the end since there were only a few, even though that wasnt a service that he normally does. I look forward to going out again another time in the future with better conditions

Thanks you Mike.I am glad your group enjoyed the time on the water. Some days we just have to make the best out of the conditions on Lake Erie. I am fortunate to have the islands close to be able to use as a place to get out of the wind and waves. Can’t wait to fish with you again.

Captain Zac was very knowledgeable about fishing. the boat and equipment were very good! when we were done, he even filleted the fish so we could take them to the restaurant there and have them cooked for our dinner!! delicious!! thanks Zac!!

I am glad you enjoyed the tip and dinner. Thank you for fishing with me.
My son and I really appreciate Captain Zac’s knowledge, professionalism, and equipment. We were more than ready to start catching. Great time and we will definitely be back!
