Chinook Salmon, Lake Trout, Coho Salmon, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), and more inhabit these waters if you come at the right time of year.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, we have them for you upon request You’re welcome to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed! Please no glass bottles or bananas!
Your adventure begins aboard a 33’ Wellcraft sportfishing vessel that holds up to 6 passengers. This wide and stable platform ensures a smooth ride on beautiful Lake Michigan. It comes with downriggers, all the essentials. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Mike will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
Before coming aboard, it may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
It’s always wise to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
