Book your next trip with School of Rockfish and learn why fish are where they are, how to 'read water' and how to find and catch fish consistently. Your guide for the day is Captain Tim, giving you access to years of sportfishing experience.
These waters are known for Striped Bass, Spotted Seatrout, Bluefish, Redfish, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself! On these trips, you can expect to jig using light tackle. Capt. Tim also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are never a bad idea to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 24' Sea Hunt center console with room for 3 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's recommended to bring sunscreen (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
