Captain Angie Holland is a 4th generation Biloxi native that has fished these waters for over 4 decades.
She is knowledgeable about all aspects of fishing inshore, offshore, and tournament fishing. She is the only female USCG master captain that solely owns and operates a charter business in Biloxi. She absolutely loves sharing her passion for fishing with others who enjoy being Happy Fishing.
Angie is very passionate about getting kids, individuals with special needs, families and friends together making memories to cherish for a lifetime. She loves sharing her passion for the Gulf Coast with others, giving educational knowledge about what the beautiful coast has to offer.
While on board we fish for a wide variety of species. Redfish, Flounder, Speckled Trout, White Trout, Black Drum, Sheepshead, Jack Crevalle, Cobia, Pompano, Spanish Mackerel, Tripletail, Sharks, and many other types of fish. Red Snapper trips are also available during Red Snapper seasons. ( Season opens the beginning of July and closing dates can fluctuate.)
Happy Fishing Charters can accommodate up to 6 guests on a 24' Sea Hunt Triton. Fishing tackle, rods and reels, bait, fishing licenses, and fishing cleaning and bagging are all provided free of charge.

4 Hour Trip - 1:00 PM on July 18, 2026 • 5 adultsThis was my family first fishing trip and my Son's birthday. I must say Cpt. Angela and Lilly made this moment special for my son and the entire family. She made sure to get us the right locations to catch some fish. We caught everything from Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Crocker, Trout, Catfish, a crab and even a Shark. They really kept our lines baited without delay especially having fve people aboard. She even gave some great tips on casting and how to retrieve the fish. Upon our return to the dock. They cleaned and bag our catch in a timely manner. They definitely made this trip special. I will for sure use Capt Angela again and I suggest you do the same. Thanks Cpt Angela and Lilly, keep up the great work!!!

4 Hour Trip on August 29, 2026 • 1 adultLike any fishing experience you cant predict where the fill will be nor a guarantee that theyll hit. We started in one spot and went to another. We were in the same spot killing it for over 2 hours. my son even caught his first shark. When it was time to go back in, her and Lilly saw something and they immediately turned around. they threw out ine line and handed the pole to a friend if mine. he ended up reeling in bug redfish from it. Great time, knowledge and would recommend but also come back again for sure!

Captain Angie was professional, friendly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and excited the entire time. We caught many sheepshead, and the action was nonstop. What made the trip truly special was how much my whole family enjoyed it—especially my son and daughter. Captain Angie was great with the kids, patient, encouraging, and made the experience fun and memorable for them. This was one of those trips we’ll be talking about for a long time. Highly recommend Happy Fishing to anyone looking for a fun, successful, and family-friendly fishing adventure. We will definitely be back!

Captain Angela was very attentive to the incoming weather and trying to make the most of our trip without putting us in a storm. She made sure to put us on the fish and keep the girls entertained on their first ever fishing trip. Very enjoyable afternoon, we were able to dodge the weather as well as bring in 5 redfish and 3 drum for keepers. Thanks Captain!!

4 Hour Trip - 1:00 PM on October 14, 2025 • 2 adultsWe had a great time. Fished two afternoons. I caught a big bull redfish in less than 30 minutes into the first day. I hooked another one a few minutes later and gave my wife the rod. She fought with it several minutes gave a little slack and it got off. We caught a big mess of white trout several catfish and a few sharks. Next day we changed locations and it was black drum sheepshead and a flounder. Captain Angie was so good to fish with. All equipment is so well maintained. We can’t wait to go back again.

My wife and I went out on a 6 hour guide with Angela and had such a great time! Angela was waiting for us when we arrived and greeted us with a warm smile and handshake. She instantly made us feel comfortable, like we’d been friends for years. Angela gave us a detailed saftey brief and we headed out. We fished several locations trying to find every speices in the bay. We came home with Flounder and several Black Drum. We caught and released several Croakers, Sting Rays, Catfish and even a Bream. Angela kept our lines untangled and baited the whole time. We laughed, shared fishing stories and were constantly hooking fish. We really enjoyed our day! We have already talked about it with friends and are planning our next trip. If you have the opportunity to go out with Angela, do it!
Captain Angie was fabulous! She was diligent to keep an eye on the weather and worked with us to make sure we had the best experience. Communication was great. She was kind and patient with our child who had never used a bait caster before. By the end if the trip our kid was not only casting well but caught the biggest and most number of fish! When the day was done, the fish were cleaned and bagged by the Captain herself! She even directed is to a local restaurant that would cook our catch for us. Fabulous day on the water and fantastic dinner. Book with Angie!! 😁

Had a great time on the trip-Capt. Angie was wonderful, was very prompt rebaiting my hook and retying my hook especially after losing about a 30lb fish due to breaking my line. She was very friendly and put me on a variety of fish, do look forward to booking a trip with her next year.

- Live bait (I will have bait on the boat before your trip starts. Free of charge. Anyone with a shellfish allergy please let the captain know before we start your trip so we can take precautionary measures and keep you safe. )

- Catch cleaning & filleting (I have a fish cleaning table right in front of the boat. I clean all of your fish and put them in ziploc bags for you to take home free of charge. You can bring a small cooler with ice to keep in your car to take your fish home.)
- Drinks (I have a cooler with waters available free of charge. If you would like to bring anything else to drink or eat you may do so. Alcohol is allowed for those 21 and older. No glass bottles please. Wine is okay but please provide a separate cooler for it. )
- Fishing license (Fishing licenses are not required to fish. My charter license covers all guests to fish. Free of charge. )
- River fishing (During our spring, fall, and winter months we may travel into our bay and river systems. It is brackish water and saltwater fish will be our target species but we do occasionally catch some freshwater fish.)
