Captain Ray has been with Fishingbooker since the start of it and specializes in monster Shark fishing. He is well known on the east coast for numerous Shark torns in which he runs and fishes in. Over 40 years catching monsters !!!

Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Bluefish, Cero Mackerel, Cobia, Cod, Common Ling, Mahi Mahi, Flounder, Blue Marlin, Pollock, Scup (Porgy), Black Seabass, Blue Shark, and plenty more. On these trips, it's common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

You'll be fishing aboard a 31' Luhrs sportfishing vessel with room for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Ray will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.

Don't forget to bring bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
