Saltmarsh Charters 

Hoping to cast a line in Bluffton or Hilton Head? Make it happen, with Saltmarsh Charters! With Captain Clayton at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.

These waters are known for Black Drum, Tarpon, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, Sheepshead, Redfish, Speckled Trout, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some.

You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Clayton also offers fly fishing, you can either bring your own gear or I have fly gear to use.

Capt. Clayton welcomes you aboard a 24' Bay boat with space for 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water.

I also have a Matecumber 169 that is used for fly fishing or light tackle flats fishing. Get up in the flats and chase after some red fish in the flood tides. Comfortable with 2 guests.

Fishing license is covered under my charter license and rods, reels and tackle is supplied by me.

A few items to bring include sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
