These waters are known for Bluefish, Striped Bass, Black Seabass, Scup (Porgy), and more – with any luck, it won't be long before 'Fish on!' You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. So there is no confusion double check on what you will be fishing for. 7am and 1pm trips from may to late sept are for fluke. 7pm trips can be for Bass, Blues, Porgies, Croakers,
bring the whole family and Kids are welcome! feel free to bring your own snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
Capt. Steve will take you aboard a 85' Head boat with capacity for 119 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There are two bathrooms on board for your convenience. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. Rods, reels, and tackles can be rented. Live bait is included but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The first Mate and crew will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
It's recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer but if you wish to bring your own no worries. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, no hard liquor, beer & wine is fine. Smoking is allowed and only outside.

The crew was great, the ride was fun, and the fishing was lack luster not because of the crew or anything we caught some but for being out there i thought we would catch way more. But that was just my experience on ankther part of the hoat they were catching fish like every 2min overall great experience and definitely will be going back i want my cooler filled up next time.
Mike and Trent were the ones helping us out. They took the time to help me as it was my first time fishing on a boat. So much fun. They went above and beyond to be present for my 80 year old grandpa. Boat is old but crew did a great job keeping it sanitized and clean. We were along the shore and fished stop and drop. Went to a few places. Would recommend people visiting or local New Yorkers to try them out

Caught quite a few fish even with mid conditions. Crew were very helpful and knowledgeable and got beginners in our crew to catch a few fish as well
10/10 for the captain and crew. shoutout to the crewmenbers for being awesome and respectful. shoutout to the captain for taking the time to do a couple extra drifts after the hours. was a pretty rough start but its about trusting the process, would definitely do it again.

Hello everyone, my name is Captain Steve. I own and operate the very successful Sea Queen vii. We are located in Brooklyn in the Sheepshead Bay on Emmons ave @ Peir 5. We target and specialize in Striped Bass, Blues, Fluke Blackfish and other local fish. We run half and full day trips and private charters. My Crew ensures a comfortable fishing experience in the waters of the New York bight. The crew will demonstrate techniques such as bottom fishing, drifting live bait, jigging, or something unique to the area. The only way to learn is to join us on the water. Our Biggest striped bass to date is close to 71 pounds and was safely released. I have been fishing for over 50 years and have been party boat fishing for the last 26 years. I can guarantee you this, I will give you 100 % every time I am behind the wheel. If you like the breeze of the ocean, cool beverages, maybe even a cigar, and catching big fish come give us a try. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

How you can pay
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
