Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned angler, you’ll have the chance to reel in impressive catches such as Amberjack, Barracuda, Bonito, Mahi Mahi, White Marlin, Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna, and even sharks like Hammerhead, Bull, Mako, and Tiger Shark—with a bit of luck, of course!
What to Expect:
On these trips, you’ll have the option to choose between deep sea fishing or bottom fishing, two popular techniques for these rich waters. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to take home, and with complimentary catch cleaning available, you can bring your fresh catch straight to the dinner table.
Bring the Whole Family:
Children are welcome on board! Be sure to check if child-sized life vests are available or bring your own. Don’t forget to pack snacks to keep everyone energized for the adventure.
About the Vessel:
You’ll be fishing aboard a comfortable 35’ Luhrs sportfishing boat that accommodates up to 8 passengers. The first 4 passengers are included in the trip price, and an additional $25 per person will be charged for each passenger beyond that. The boat is fully equipped with outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and a toilet for your convenience—everything you need for a successful and comfortable day on the water.
What’s Included:
Fishing Gear: Rods, reels, tackle, and lures. Live bait is available; ask the captain if you'll be catching it during the trip.
Fishing License: Covered by the charter—just show up ready to fish!
Drinks: Complimentary water and Coca-Cola are provided to keep you refreshed throughout the trip.
Important Notes:
Some fish species are regulated, so check with the captain if you’re unsure about catch-and-keep rules. Pack essentials like sunglasses, non-spray sunblock, and bottled water.

Bottom Fishing (6 am to 10 am)
First timers that will be back!
My friends and I normally charter and offshore trip everytime we visit but decided to do something different this year. We caught ALOT of fish! Yellowtail, grouper, a parrot fish within a short amout of tume. After the trip the crew directed us to someone on the pier that would clean our fish for us and brought it to us as we enjoyed a drink at the bar. Highly recommend!

Bottom Fishing (6 am to 10 am)
Great Fun Experience
We booked a 4 hour bottom fishing expedition and had a blast. We asked to go reef fishing as one person had an injured shoulder. Gregory accommodated us and we landed 43 fish in our tour. They accommodated with equipment and service. This is my second reef experience and both have been excellent and have kept the crew busy baiting hooks. Highly recommended for anyone with children looking for an experience.

Good time!
Lucky Star is definitely highly recommended for anyone looking for some good fishing out of Aruba, especially for bottom fishing and any other options. Though the boat can become crowded for a party larger than four or five people, it will not get in the way of some positive fishing and also positive hospitality out its crew as well as perfect timing for any specific hour of the day that someone wants to go for fishing, be it the morning (6-10), afternoon, (10-2), or even some night fishing (2-6/6-12). Overall, I good pick for chartering into the waters of Aruba😁👍.

It was nice getting on the water
The day we went it was super windy which is completely out of there control but we did the trolling and bottom fishing. The trolling was great. We got two tuna. The bottom fishing was fighting with the anchor and trying to find a spot. I'm not sure there had a "spot" to catch fish with bottom fishing. We caught iguana fish, small Grouper, a small eel and one decent Trigger fish in four hours with a party of six. This is best as a trolling charter. The older gentleman on the boat had great energy and enthusiasm.
