These waters are known for Walleye, Sturgeon, Yellow Perch, Smallmouth Bass, and more – with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time. Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
You'll be dropping lines from a 20' Tracker aluminum fishing boat that can carry up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. The boat is equipped with top of the line electronics as well.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Some essentials to bring are bottled water, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
