Big’Un Charters is your winning ticket for a day of making memories in the great outdoors of Apalachicola, Florida. Captain Greg “Big’Un” Kembro is your guide for the day, and you can count on him to show you a great time in this little piece of paradise. Bring the kids, grandparents, and pets – everyone is more than welcome aboard!
Your trip will take place aboard a spacious 24’ Proline dual console boat, which provides a stable fishing platform for both large and smaller groups. It’s powered by a single 250 HP Evinrude engine that can reach a top speed of an impressive 45 knots. It’s a versatile vessel that is great for both fishing inshore as well as heading offshore when Red Snapper season hits.
Some of the fish species you’ll find in the inshore waters include the likes of Redfish, Seatrout, Tripletail, and Pompano. If you decide to head further out, you can look forward to Kingfish, Cobia, Sheepshead, and Red Snapper (when in season). Capt. Greg will do his best to tailor the trip to your individual needs and fishing preferences.
He will also provide you with all the necessary gear you’ll need for the trip, including rods, reels, and terminal tackle. The only thing you need to do is pack a pair of polarized sunglasses, along with some drinks and snacks if you’re so inclined. After that, you’ll be ready to jump aboard and make some memories together!
