Capt. James will bring you aboard a Pursuit 2470 Walkaround with room for 4 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without! There's also a toilet on board for your convenience. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with all the latest lures to ensure success.
You need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is available online, or you can ask the captain.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, feel free.

We caught three good springs, on a day where they were not biting much for anyone. Lost two heartbreakingly close to the boat. The captain uses longer leaders, so to bring the fish closer to the edge of the boat, it’s advisable to step backwards. For salmon anyways. We didn’t do that on two, and that may be why we lost those two. Fantastic rock, fish, fishing, and we got a couple of links, but they were pretty slow. And a few Cabezon. Really amazing primitive, looking fish. The boat was not large, but it worked well for four guys. The captain was personable and professional. It’s nice to go out with somebody Who’s clearly having a good time.
Wow, tough crowd. I spent 2 hours of my own time trying to find the particular type of fish you guys wanted while catching everything but. While I appreciate the recommendation, considering the $50 tip half of your group put forward, I don’t feel particularly inclined to accept another trip from you after reading your review. We had a great day with James. The weather did not permit for Halibut, but we still managed to keep 7 fish. Huge lingcods, cabezon, rock fish, Coho. The kid got sea sick a little and James was fast to suggest calmer water and still found us some fish to catch.
That was a fun day!
Great experience. Captain James was really freindly and put is on the fish. He was really patient with my kids and worked hard throughout the trip to make sure we were fishing all the time. 10 out of 10.

Awesome! Best fishing experience ever. We highly recommend James at Maximum Coastal Adventures as he is a true professional guide and knows the waters and where to fish. This was quite evident with us catching our Chinook quota in the first hour. He then took us us to reefs and areas where we where we were able to catch a good size Ling COD, 6 Black Rock fish and the trifecta, a good size Halibut. Thank you James for a wonderful day of fishing.
