Around here it's common to catch Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Cubera Snapper, Rainbow Runner, Blue Marlin, and more, depending on conditions. On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.
You'll be dropping lines from a 32' Boston Whaler center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's always wise to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

6 Hour Trip on April 15, 2025
My son and I fished many charters and this one really was fun. I did not know Captain Alex before booking this charter. I may come across below as this is a staged review, but it is not. Captain Alex went with his intuition and put us right on fish. Others they went out were not so lucky because the rain storm that came in at 7 am moved the birds away. I suppose the pictures attached will do a lot more justice than words. The boat was in excellent shape and the fishing gear was just perfect. If you have any doubts, don’t. Just boob with Alex and you will be glad you did like me. Munther

Captain Alex and First Mate Nolan were an enthusiastic team. They know the waters well and were able to help our crew catch plenty of good eating fish to feed our crew of 18 multiple times. We caught some yummy wahoo and barracuda (threw the barracuda back of course). They had a very nice boat and we would certainly choose them again!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
