Capt. Michael will bring you aboard a 20' Lund fishing boat that holds up to 3 passengers. It has downriggers, all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
A few items to bring include sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

If you are looking for people who go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience you need to book a trip with them. I had myself, and my 2 grandsons ages 10 and 8 who have never been on a boat but love to fish. They made it a very special day for both of them. Loved to see the smiles on their faces.
