We target Lake Trout, Salmon, Brook Trout, Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, White Perch, Yellow Perch, and more with any luck. You'll target your catch by spinning, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Tyler also offers fly fishing trips.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children under 10 must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are permitted onboard.
Your day begins aboard one of our boats like an 18' Lund Aluminum fishing boat that can carry up to 4 passengers. Other trips may be in an Old Town canoe, either a 20' Tripper XL or 17' Discovery. Most fly fishing trips are in a canoe or wading.
Ice fishing trips also offered. Transportation provided if needed with a 2021 Polaris Ranger North Star with a full heated cab. Fishing will be done out of a SnoPro hard shack or an Eskimo 450XD or 850XD based on location and group size.
Your captain will provide rods and reels, traps, along with lures and other equipment needed.
Before coming aboard, it is required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
It's recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. There will be some drinks and snacks on board but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Took my 14 yr old son and 8 year old daughter on their first fishing guided fishing trip. Neither had much experience. Despite it being somewhat slower fishing due to the heat this summer,Tyler helped us get on some white perch, smallmouth bass and pickerel, with each of my kids catching 5-6 fish.
Guide was outstanding, got us in the fish fast and bite was steady the whole trip. Highly recommended!
