Nice morning out best to fish to the conditions rather than the website category

We went for the shark fishing, only to be told at the end it wasn't the best day for that. With varied conditions, and prior knowledge of the guests interests and abilities, it would be perhaps best to fish to the conditions and what will create the most fun, rather than what has been booked on the website months in advance. We would go again, but best to chat with the skipper about what fish are currently working, and wats best to go for.
