Excited to set a line in Lakeside Marblehead? Bose-Man Sportfishing is your ticket! With Captains Erik, Rob or Shawn at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Walleye, Yellow Perch, Smallmouth Bass, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), and more inhabit these waters, depending on conditions. You'll target your catch by spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!
You'll find yourself aboard a 34' Baha Cruisers King Cat Catamaran that boasts a 11'9'' beam for added stability , with room for 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a private toilet on board for your convenience. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible (with proper notification and help boarding from the crew)!
Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is provided (if needed).
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 20% to show your appreciation.
Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. No Bananas!!!
