Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Snook, Tarpon, Mangrove Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Spotted Seatrout, Tripletail, Ladyfish, Goliath Grouper, and plenty more. On the day of your trip you're likely to spin using light or heavy tackle.

If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also remember to bring snacks to keep their stamina going!

Capt. CJ operates a 20' NauticStar bay boat that holds up to 3 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

A few items to bring include sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and a hat. Bottled water will be available for you, but feel free to bring your own drinks. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
