If you're in the market for a professional, guided experience near Angle Inlet, look no further than Chris Halvorson fishing.
You won't have to travel far to fish these backcountry waters, including some honeyholes that only a local guide can show you.
Around here it's common to go light tackle fishing, and that's what you can expect on the day of your trip. You may also drift, troll, jig, or bottom fish, for your catch.
Christopher will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.
Specializing in Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, and Muskellunge (Musky).
It is not uncommon for a Northern Pike, Yellow Perch, Crappie, Burbot, Lake Trout, or Lake Whitefish, to put up an exhilarating fight!
Any fish open to harvest that are caught during the trip are yours to take home. Christopher will even clean your catch for you so it's hassle-free when you get home. That's dinner, right there! You'll navigate the local waters with a 20' Sportfishing that holds up to 6 passengers.
Your fishing license for the day is not included, so members of your group may need to buy one . You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply. You're encouraged to dress in layers and the proper footwear (if you aren't sure what that means, just ask). It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen, no matter the weather.
Christopher will have drinks for you, and if you wish to bring your own simply ask. Christopher welcomes anglers of all ages on these trips, including kids. Get in touch to find out if Christopher has child-sized life vests you can borrow, or bring your own.
