The wild waters of Angle Inlet are calling, and Backcountry Guide Co. is here to take you to them!
Here you'll have access to backcountry waters, including a few honeyholes that only the locals can clue you in on.
The name of the game around here is light tackle fishing, and that's exactly what you'll do. You may also jig, for your catch. Christopher will provide rods and reels, as well as lures and live bait.
These waters are known for Lake Trout, Crappie, Walleye, Sturgeon, Smallmouth Bass, Lake Whitefish, Northern Pike, Burbot, Yellow Perch, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself!
You're welcome to keep any fish that meet regulations. Christopher even offers clean your catch for you so it's hassle-free when you get home. That's dinner, right there! You're welcome to bring a group as large as 25 on this guided experience. As this is an ice fishing trip, please come dressed for current weather conditions.
If needed, Christopher might provide transportation but you can otherwise expect to meet at the fishing grounds. Get in touch to find out more before the day – you can even send a quick message below.
Your fishing license for the day is not included, so members of your group may need to buy one . You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply. Plan to dress in layers and appropriate footwear (if you aren't sure what that means, just ask). It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock in any weather conditions.
Christopher will have some snacks and drinks for you. Children are welcome to come along. Remember to ask if child-sized life vests are available; otherwise, you'll have to bring your own.
And you're all set! Get in touch with Backcountry Guide Co below and start planning your trip today.
