Hoping to catch some fish in Destin? Hiliner Charters — Full Draw is here to make it happen! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Brantley is prepared to put you on fish.
Local species include Amberjack, Cobia, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Red Snapper, Wahoo, Black Grouper, Spanish Mackerel, Blackfin Tuna, Vermilion Snapper, Scamp Grouper, and more, depending on when you go.
On the day of your trip you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
You're welcome to bring home any fish you catch within size and bag limits. Catch cleaning is available, so you can take your fish home and throw it right into the pan. Have a cooler ready in the car!
Capt. Brantley is happy to have kids aboard, so get 'em offline and onto the water! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks!
Your day begins aboard a 40' Sportfishing that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible.
Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's never a bad idea to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We had an incredible experience on this fishing charter. Easily the best fishing trip our family has ever been on! We caught an unbelievable number of fish, and a huge part of that was thanks to our first mate, Scotty. Scotty was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and hardworking. He took the time to help everyone in our family, made sure we always had bait in the water, and worked nonstop to keep us on the fish. His positive attitude and expertise made the entire experience fun and stress-free. The boat itself was large, very well maintained, and comfortable. The air-conditioned cabin was a huge bonus and gave us a great place to relax and cool off. To top it all off, Scotty expertly filleted all of our fish when we returned, making it easy to take our catch home. We couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water. We highly recommend this charter and will definitely be booking with them again!

We had a memory filled morning on the "Full Draw". Captain Brantley was very accommodating with our schedule, stayed in contact prior to our trip and took the time to explain the fishing excursion plan. Deck hand Dexter took the experience to the next level by helping bait, untangle lines, give fishing advice/tips, putting on an absolute show rotating all fishing poles and being extremely entertaining for 4 hours. They really went above and beyond and made my boys (15, 12, 10) first experience absolutely perfect. We'll be scheduling a longer trip with Capt N Brantley next summer!

Nonstop action! We had an awesome trip, the captain Galloway was constantly moving to ensure we always had fish coming into the boat. If we didn’t put a fish in the boat within 5 minutes we would move to the next spot. Pleased to say the least. While the captain was putting us in the right spot Dexter the deckhand was going above and beyond to keep our lines in the water and ensure we had a blast. He was great with the kids, positive attitude and had a wealth of knowledge. We will definitely be back soon!
